Hi, I’m Rich. I take quiet photos of quiet places.

Most of my work is shot on film, partly because I like the process and partly because I spend all day in tech for the job that pays the bills. Film photography slows me down. It reminds me to see.

I’m drawn to things that don’t talk back:

  • Cemeteries

  • Bridges

  • Abandoned buildings

  • Forgotten corners of small towns.

I don’t shoot a lot of people, not because I don’t like them, but because I’m more interested in what they leave behind.

You’ll find still life, moody landscapes, the occasional street scene (if it’s empty enough), and maybe a few strange roadside moments. Sometimes, I bring my dog, Hope, along for the ride. She has better instincts than I do.

This site is part journal and part archive. Sometimes there’s a blog. Eventually, there’ll be prints. You won’t find much hustle culture or high-speed content here, just stories, moments, and images that feel worth saving.

Thanks for wandering in.
